Tomi Lahren has agreed to settle her wrongful termination lawsuit against Glenn Beck and TheBlaze. Lahren filed her lawsuit in a Dallas court in early April. She claimed that Glenn Beck and the show “embarked on a public smear campaign” against her after she made pro-choice comments on ABC’s “The View.” Many conservatives, including Beck, expressed public dissatisfaction with her statements.
According to Fox News, her attorney, Brian Lauten, said in a statement on Monday that Lahren is back in control of her Facebook page – which has millions of followers. In return, Lahren must delete all videos she made for TheBlaze from the page. At this time all other details of the settlement remain confidential.
“I am thrilled to walk away from this with my freedom and Facebook page. I am grateful to my fans for their continued support through this storm,” Lahren told Fox News.
In a statement to Dallas News, TheBlaze said, “TheBlaze is pleased to announce that the relationship with Tomi Lahren has concluded.”
Onward. Upward. Let’s go! It’s a good day.

Beck’s decision to settle with Lahren was probably a good one. Beck and TheBlaze were going to have to prove to a court that she was not fired because of her pro-choice comments on The View but that she was fired for being bad at her job and “diva-like” behavior.
In an interview with Playboy Magazine, Lahren was asked if she believes she was fired for her pro-choice comments.
“Well, I went on The View on the 17th and I was fired on the 20th, so I’ll let you make of that what you will,” she said. “One thing my parents never raised me to be was a diva. I’m pretty low maintenance. I’m the hardest worker you’ll ever meet. Anything to the contrary, I would look at the source and ask what their motivation is for saying this. Are they doing it because they really think that or are we in a lawsuit and they’re trying to smear me?
Regardless, Lahren is now a free agent. She recently appeared on Fox New’s Hannity. However, undoubtedly the polarizing conservative millennial will find a new home soon.
I’m baaaack! See you on Fox tonight at 10 PM Eastern with Hannity!

With the ousting of Bill O’Reilly and all the other backlash at Fox News it probably wouldn’t be a surprise if Fox News picked her up. In her recent interview with Playboy, Lahren said that working at Fox News would be her zenith but she ultimately just wants a job where she can be herself.
Playboy – “Bill O’Reilly was recently ousted at Fox News because of sexual harassment charges. Before Tucker Carlson took his 8 PM time slot, a lot of people on Twitter were asking Fox to hire you. If the opportunity is presented to you once your contract at TheBlaze is up in September, would you consider working at Fox News?”
Lahren – “Of course I would. I mean, that’s the Mecca. But I don’t care what the outlet is. I would work for MSNBC if I could be me and be authentic and genuine, and do what I do. That’s the thing about me: I can learn and I can grow, but you’re not getting some empty vessel that you can make with it what you want. I think I’ve proven time and time again that I’m not easily tamed. I would consider going anywhere. But I just want to be able to pursue what’s next. I want the freedom to find that out.”
